Information you share with us
When you request an offer, we may collect the vehicle's year, make, model, mileage, condition, title and loan information, ZIP code, optional vehicle photographs, and your name, phone number and email address.
Our site also receives basic technical information such as browser data, referral source and IP address for security, fraud prevention and understanding how our website is used.
How we use it
We use the information to assess vehicle inquiries, reach you about a possible purchase, coordinate a sale if you choose to proceed, improve our service, protect the site and meet applicable legal obligations.
How information is shared
We share information with service providers who help us securely operate our business and fulfill requested services, including website hosting, protected data storage, email delivery and purchase logistics when applicable. We do not publish your private inquiry or vehicle photographs as public marketing content without authorization.
